69cc05e42d A bit of cleanup in cmis-remote-files-setup.xhp 
- One doesn’t need to have all those <embedvar>s included in the
  translatable strings
- Consistently use hyphen-minus as the menu path separator, as in
  the rest of the help files
- Drop hardcoded “LibreOffice” in favor of “%PRODUCTNAME”

8d852d1c80 fix some …</emph><emph>… cases 
as closing formatting just to open it immediately again doesn't make
sense.
unfortunately "switchinline" is none of emph's allowed children, so the
individual cases need to have the formatting
