Adds examples about how to create Hyperlinks to folders in Writer and Calc.
Add bookmarks to the corresponding Writer help page, so that it can be found in the online search.

Spacing has its own place in the format menu.
Does not appear in a context menu anymore.
Change access command for Format Spacing and
the items in its submenu (and refactor the
submenu pages to <h1>).

* "Area" -> "Object and Shape" (for Impress transparency tab)
* "Align" -> "Align Text" (and remove "drawing functions", because
this is found in all modules)
+ add appl-switch for Group commands (and remove the mention of
which applications, in part because they were missing modules,
and mostly because now the appl-switch should show the right
possibilities, so they do not need to be differentiated).

The "blinking" property was removed from the UI
(see tdf#132373). This patch removes the property
from the help page, along with its bookmarks.

1. Add appl-switch to description, because only Writer has
character style.
2. Add appl-switch for Format - Character, because Calc does
not have this option.
3. Add "click icon" in to howtoget with appl-switch, because
Writer has extra options.
4. appl-switch for highlighting text selection.
5. appl-switch for remove highlighting text selection.
6. appl-switch for multiple selection in both highlighting and
"remove highlighting" because only Writer can do this.

Numbering / Numbering Style tab was changed to Ordered
for both Bullets and Numbering and List Style dialogs
so do not need a separate heading any more. Can embed
the heading from the help page for the Numbering tab.
