9404baf597 related tdf#118834 add button entry for "Reset to Parent" 
As part of tdf#128469, the "Standard" button for style
   dialogs was renamed to "Reset to Parent". The present patch
   adds an entry for that button to Frequently Used Buttons.
   The existing entry for "Standard" had a comment claiming
   that it applied to styles, but that description does not
   apply to styles. At present, there does not appear to be
   any explanation in online help for the "Standard" button
   (in the style dialogs). The description in this patch will
   be used as an <embed> in different help pages for that purpose.

b672be3b02 corrections for "access" to Position tab for lists and its description 
remove mention about Paragraph Style and "Chapter Numbering" because
   it is not possible to set Paragraph Style on this tab.
   
   add mention of "numbering symbols" in description of tab, because the

ccdf35c657 tdf#139667 (and tdf#107573) chapter/outline corrections 
adjustments to changes made in
   e24e053c82ad4ee86dd7eb4e9490c9c62af2b291 and
   48eee4cf96c555a986ec6b8836373eb15445ff9f

   In some cases, "outline" was incorrectly replaced with
   "chapter".  These are reverted. And in a couple of cases
   the idea of "chapter level" was introduced incorrectly together
   with "outline level". This is also reverted.
