643f6afa43 Add localized color-picker screenshot 
Command 'make screenshot' cannot fill the color picker with
information, and screenshot must be taken manually for each lang.

This patch adds placeholders for color picker loalized screenshots
filled with en-US locale, while localized shots are to be  provided by
community members.

Localized pt-BR is provided.

See wiki for using screenshot features of LO dialogs.
