68dc0e7b37 Correct arguments for TEXTJOIN 
Total number of arguments in CALC functions is 255, therefore
if some params are specific, adjust the remaining to sum 255.

   listed in tdf#131360 and tdf#131261 when arguments

Trailing ! exclamation mark was omitted for most.
Add #NUM! error string.
Cell does not contain the error string but displays it.
Use same wording for all "special" cases.
