tdf#148941 changed label from "Text" -> "Text Alternative" as part of making consistent usage across the UI. This patch updates the relevant help file. Also, introduces a variable for a sentence that is repeated across several options, and which uses the new label. This makes it possible to use <embedvar> instead of retranslating the same sentence with the label change.
