- change "Options" to "Customize" in howto access
    - change title of help page to "Customize"
    - add caseinline for Writer only
    - update to <menuitem>, <h1>, <h2>, <h3>, <tip>
    - change German section name
    - change "Options" to "Customize" in guide page
