Michael Weghorn cc0f7e1ba6 android: Update Android Gradle Plugin to 8.11.0 ...

... and gradle to 8.13, as suggested by Android Studio.

Update the lint-baseline.xml file (by deleting it and running
a build to have it regenerated, commit result).
