To avoid showing too many memtracker on BE web pages.
The MemTracker level now has 3 levels: OVERVIEW, TASK and VERBOSE.
OVERVIEW Mainly used for main memory consumption module such as Query/Load/Metadata.
TASK is mainly used to record the memory overhead of a single task such as a single query, load, and compaction task.
VERBOSE is used for other more detailed memtrackers.
1 Make some MemTracker have reasonable parent MemTracker not the root tracker
2 Make each MemTracker can be easily to trace.
3 Add show level of MemTracker to reduce the MemTracker show in the web page to have a way to control show how many tracker in web page.

The id of information_scheam database is 0, and it has no txn at all.
1. Reduce lock conflicts in RuntimeProfile of be;
2. can view query profile when the query is executing;
3. reduce wait time for 'show proc /current_queries'.
At present, the application of vlog in the code is quite confusing.
It is inherited from impala VLOG_XX format, and there is also VLOG(number) format.
VLOG(number) format does not have a unified specification, so this pr standardizes the use of VLOG
This CL mainly changes:
1. Avoid repeated sending of common components in Fragments
In the previous implementation, a query may generate multiple Fragments,
these Fragments contain some common information, such as DescriptorTable.
Fragment will be sent to BE in a certain order, so these public information will be sent repeatedly
and generated repeatedly on the BE side.
In some complex SQL, these public information may be very large,
thereby increasing the execution time of Fragment.
So I improved this. For multiple Fragments sent to the same BE, only the first Fragment will carry
these public information, and it will be cached on the BE side, and subsequent Fragments
no longer need to carry this information.
In the local test, the execution time of some complex SQL can be reduced from 3 seconds to 1 second.
2. Add the time-consuming part of FE logic in Profile
Including SQL analysis, planning, Fragment scheduling and sending on the FE side, and the time to fetch data.
1. Fix core bug wild pointer in PlanFragmentExecutor, fix issue #4447
2. Fix core bug wild pointer json load, fix issue #4452
3. Change the declare order of ODBC type in thrift for compatibility
We make all MemTrackers shared, in order to show MemTracker real-time consumptions on the web.
As follows:
1. nearly all MemTracker raw ptr -> shared_ptr
2. Use CreateTracker() to create new MemTracker(in order to add itself to its parent)
3. RowBatch & MemPool still use raw ptrs of MemTracker, it's easy to ensure RowBatch & MemPool destructor exec
before MemTracker's destructor. So we don't change these code.
4. MemTracker can use RuntimeProfile's counter to calc consumption. So RuntimeProfile's counter need to be shared
too. We add a shared counter pool to store the shared counter, don't change other counters of RuntimeProfile.
Note that, this PR doesn't change the MemTracker tree structure. So there still have some orphan trackers, e.g. RowBlockV2's MemTracker. If you find some shared MemTrackers are little memory consumption & too time-consuming, you could make them be the orphan, then it's fine to use the raw ptr.
TPlanExecParams::volume_id is never used, so delete the print_volume_ids() function.
Fix log, and log if PlanFragmentExecutor::open() returns error.
Fix some comments
Mainly change:
1. Fix the bug in `update_status(status)` of `PlanFragmentExecutor`.
2. When the FE Coordinator executes `execRemoteFragmentAsync()`, if it finds an RPC error, return a Future with an error code instead of exception.
3. Protect the `_status` in RuntimeState with lock
4. Move the `_runtime_profile` of RuntimeState before the `_obj_pool`, so that the profile will be
deconstructed after the object pool.
5. Remove the unused `ObjectPool` param in RuntimeProfile constructor. If I don't remove it,
RuntimeProfile will depends on the `_obj_pool` in RuntimeProfile.
The resource pool in runtime state will be automatically unregistered
when deconstructing the RuntimeState. So no need to unregister it when
closing the plan fragment executor.
This CL mainly made the following modifications:
1. Delete Invalid method in Running Profile Class.
2. Move Memlimit Counter from blockmgr to fragment and add PeakMemUsage Counter
3. Fix the bug of buffer pool memlimit counter
4. Call compute_time_in_profile() before pretty_print() to show the _local_time_percent without child running profile
5. Add TransferThread ThreadToken count in AveThreadToken Counter
Normalize the setting of mem limit to avoid some unexpected exception.
For example, use may not setting query mem limit in query plan, which
may cause BE crash.
Remove unused LLVM related codes of directory (step 4):be/src/runtime (#2910)
there are many LLVM related codes in code base, but these codes are not really used.
The higher version of GCC is not compatible with the LLVM 3.4.2 version currently used by Doris.
The PR delete all LLVM related code of directory: be/src/runtime
The new msg of limit exceed: "Memory exceed limit. %msg, Backend:%ip, fragment:%id Used:% , Limit:%. xxx".
This commit unifies the msg of 'Memory exceed limit' such as check_query_state, RETURN_IF_LIMIT_EXCEEDED and LIMIT_EXCEEDED.
Use same UUID as query ID and load ID of a load execution plan.
Each load execution plan has a load ID, and as a plan, there is also a query ID.
We can use same UUID as query ID and load ID, for tracing the load process more easily.
Change the load ID when retrying a load execution plan.
When a load execution plan retry, the load ID should be changed, otherwise BE can not
distinguish the old and new load requests.
Cancel the running loading task when cancelling the broker load.
When user cancel a broker load, the running loading task should also be cancelled, or
it may occupies the worker thread for a long time.
Remove the unnecessary query report when doing load execution plan.
Only the last query report is needed.
Add a new BE config tablet_writer_rpc_timeout_sec.
It is used for RPC of tablet sink. The default is 600 seconds. which is long enough for flushing
about 6GB data. The long timeout config will reduce the possibility of encountering fail to send batch error when loading.
Use streaming_load_max_mb instead of mini_load_max_mb in BE config.
Add more logs for tracing a broker load process easily.
When query result reach limit, the Coordinator in FE will send a cancel
request to BE to cancel the query. And when being cancelled, BE will report
query status to FE for debug purpose. But actually it is not necessary
and will generate too many logs.
So I add a CancelReason to distinguish the difference between 'normally'
cancellation and 'internal error' cancellation. if 'normally' cancelled,
no status will be reported from BE.
When query reach limit, or user cancel it actively, it is being cancelled 'normally'.
Otherwise, the query is cancelled due to internal error, which will need
a report from BE.
Record query consumption into fe audit log. Its basic mode of work is as follows, one of instance of parent plan is responsible for accumulating sub plan's consumption and send to it's parent, BE coordinator will get total consumption because it's a single instance.
Help to locate big query when system overload, by checking consumptions of running parts of current all queries or specified one query. Its basic mode of work is as follows: firstly trigger BE to report RuntimeProfiles, and wait a moment. secondly caculate consumptions with RuntimeProfiles reported by BE. The consumptions supported by it are the cost of running ExecNode in query when call it.
* Reduce UT binary size
Almost every module depend on ExecEnv, and ExecEnv contains all
singleton, which make UT binary contains all object files.
This patch seperate ExecEnv's initial and destory to anthor file to
avoid other file's dependence. And status.cc include debug_util.h which
depend tuple.h tuple_row.h, and I move get_stack_trace() to
stack_util.cpp to reduce status.cc's dependence.
I add USE_RTTI=1 to build rocksdb to avoid linking librocksdb.a
