Problem Summary:
When cast("201-01-01" as datetimev2(0)), The result is "2020-01-01" but
it is wrong. It should be result in "0201-01-01".
201 would be regarded as 20xy-0z as related pr show, it was a bug. But
actually it should not have this trasformation and result in
This pr makes three changes to the display of complex types：
1. NULL value in complex types refers to being displayed as `null`, not `NULL`
2. struct type is displayed as "column_name": column_value
3. Time types such as `datetime` and `date`, are displayed with double quotes in complex types. like
`{1, "2023-10-26 12:12:12"}`
This pr also do a code refactor:
1. nesting_level is set to a member variable of the `DataTypeSerDe`, rather than a parameter in methods.
What's more, this pr fix a bug that fileSize is not correct, introduced by this pr: #25854

Now we can not support streamload with column which is map/array nested map/array
serde can do this now , so we can replace it
Notice. if item data in complex type data is empty we just return error, instead of makeup default value , because now we can not define right default for complex type
1. add support `CAST AS Struct` from Struct type;
2. fix crash while `CAST('{}' AS Struct)`;
3. `CAST('' AS complext_type)` should return NULL instead of empty object;

Introduced a new function non_nullable to BE, which can extract concrete data column from a nullable column. If the input argument is already not a nullable column, raise an error.
refractor DataTypeArray from_string, make it more clear;
support ',' and ']' inside string element, for example: ['hello,,,', 'world][]']
support empty elements, such as [,] ==> [0,0]

1. remove FE config `enable_array_type`
2. limit the nested depth of array in FE side.
3. Fix bug that when loading array from parquet, the decimal type is treated as bigint
4. Fix loading array from csv(vec-engine), handle null and "null"
5. Change the csv array loading behavior, if the array string format is invalid in csv, it will be converted to null.
6. Remove `check_array_format()`, because it's logic is wrong and meaningless
7. Add stream load csv test cases and more parquet broker load tests
