test with the patch, exec time: 5.790s
Currently, there are some useless includes in the codebase. We can use a tool named include-what-you-use to optimize these includes. By using a strict include-what-you-use policy, we can get lots of benefits from it.
to_bitmap function only support string param only，add to_bitmap() function with int type, this can avoid convert int type to string and then convert string to int
