Modify the implementation of MemTracker:
1. Simplify a lot of useless logic;
2. Added MemTrackerTaskPool, as the ancestor of all query and import trackers, This is used to track the local memory usage of all tasks executing;
3. Add cosume/release cache, trigger a cosume/release when the memory accumulation exceeds the parameter mem_tracker_consume_min_size_bytes;
4. Add a new memory leak detection mode (Experimental feature), throw an exception when the remaining statistical value is greater than the specified range when the MemTracker is destructed, and print the accurate statistical value in HTTP, the parameter memory_leak_detection
5. Added Virtual MemTracker, cosume/release will not sync to parent. It will be used when introducing TCMalloc Hook to record memory later, to record the specified memory independently;
6. Modify the GC logic, register the buffer cached in DiskIoMgr as a GC function, and add other GC functions later;
7. Change the global root node from Root MemTracker to Process MemTracker, and remove Process MemTracker in exec_env;
8. Modify the macro that detects whether the memory has reached the upper limit, modify the parameters and default behavior of creating MemTracker, modify the error message format in mem_limit_exceeded, extend and apply transfer_to, remove Metric in MemTracker, etc.;
Modify where MemTracker is used:
1. MemPool adds a constructor to create a temporary tracker to avoid a lot of redundant code;
2. Added trackers for global objects such as ChunkAllocator and StorageEngine;
3. Added more fine-grained trackers such as ExprContext;
4. RuntimeState removes FragmentMemTracker, that is, PlanFragmentExecutor mem_tracker, which was previously used for independent statistical scan process memory, and replaces it with _scanner_mem_tracker in OlapScanNode;
5. MemTracker is no longer recorded in ReservationTracker, and ReservationTracker will be removed later;

1. remove types_test, it will cause core dump in higher version GCC or
clang, because of memory align, some code will be vectorized in higher
GCC or clang
2. Change string type length to 2 GB instead of -1
3. modify inaccessible code
Support implement UDF through GRPC protocol. This brings several benefits:
1. The udf implementation language is not limited to c++, users can use any familiar language to implement udf
2. UDF is decoupled from Doris, udf will not cause doris coredump, udf computing resources are separated from doris, and doris services are not affected
But RPC's UDF has a fixed overhead, so its performance is much slower than C++ UDF, especially when the amount of data is large.
Create function like

THIS IS AN EXPERIMENTAL FEATURE, THE INTERFACE AND DATA STRUCTURE MAY BE CHANGED IN FUTURE !!!
When using linked schema change, we need to check if all rowsets are of the same type,
ALPHA or BETA. otherwise, we need to use direct schema change to convert the data.
For the first, we need to make a parameter to discribe the data is local or remote.
At then, we need to support some basic function to support the operation for remote storage.
1. replace all boost::shared_ptr to std::shared_ptr

This CL mainly changes:
1. the `storage_page_cache_limit` is based on config `mem_limit`
the default is 20% of `mem_limit`.

3. the `buffer_pool_clean_pages_limit` is based on config `buffer_pool_limit`
the default is 50% of `buffer_pool_limit`
4. Fix some show bugs of lru cache hit ratio and usage ratio
5. Fix a create view bug that `notEvalNondeterministicFunction` should be reset after analyze.
1. `StorageEngine::_delete_tablets_on_unused_root_path` will try to obtain tablet shard write lock in `TabletManager`

2. `TabletManager::build_all_report_tablets_info` and other methods will obtain tablet shard read lock frequently.
So, `StorageEngine::_delete_tablets_on_unused_root_path` will hold `_store_lock` for a long time.
This will make it difficult for other threads to get write `_store_lock`, such as `StorageEngine::get_stores_for_create_tablet`
`drop_tablets_on_error_root_path` is a small probability event, `TabletManager::drop_tablets_on_error_root_path` should return when its param `tablet_info_vec` is empty
This is part of the array type support and has not been fully completed.
The following functions are implemented
1. fe array type support and implementation of array function, support array syntax analysis and planning
2. Support import array type data through insert into
3. Support select array type data
4. Only the array type is supported on the value lie of the duplicate table

When parsing memory parameters in `ParseUtil::parse_mem_spec`, convert the percentage to `double` instead of `int`.
The currently affected parameters include `mem_limit` and `storage_page_cache_limit`

Add histogram metrics into util/metrics.h. The data structure of histogram is implemented in util/histogram.h,
which could also be used in other situations that in need of histogram. Unit tests added as well.
There are some long loops and sleeps in unit tests, it will cost a
very long time to run all unit tests, especially run in TSAN mode.
This patch speed up unit tests by shortening long loops and sleeps,
on my environment all unit tests finished in 1 minite. It's useful
to do basic functional unit tests.
You can switch to run in this mode by adding a new environment variable
'DORIS_ALLOW_SLOW_TESTS'. For example, you can set:
export DORIS_ALLOW_SLOW_TESTS=1
and also you can disable it by setting:
export DORIS_ALLOW_SLOW_TESTS=0
After tablet level metrics is supported, the http metrics API may response
a very large body when a BE holds a large number of tablets, and cause heavy
network traffic.
This patch introduce http content compression to reduce network traffic.
Sometimes we want to detect the hotspot of a cluster, for example, hot scanned tablet, hot wrote tablet,
but we have no insight about tablets in the cluster.
This patch introduce tablet level metrics to help to achieve this object, now support 4 metrics on tablets: `query_scan_bytes `, `query_scan_rows `, `flush_bytes `, `flush_count `.
However, one BE may holds hundreds of thousands of tablets, so I add a parameter for the metrics HTTP request,
and not return tablet level metrics by default.

Redesign metrics to 3 layers:
MetricRegistry - MetricEntity - Metrics
MetricRegistry : the register center
MetricEntity : the entity registered on MetricRegistry. Generally a MetricRegistry can be registered on several
MetricEntities, each of MetricEntity is an independent entity, such as server, disk_devices, data_directories, thrift
clients and servers, and so on.
Metric : metrics of an entity. Such as fragment_requests_total on server entity, disk_bytes_read on a disk_device entity,
thrift_opened_clients on a thrift_client entity.
MetricPrototype: the type of a metric. MetricPrototype is a global variable, can be shared by the same metrics across
different MetricEntities.
