内存优化重构：在openGauss中新增了一套内存管理接口和MemoryContext类型
（详见opt_mcxt.cpp和opt_aset.cpp），并对MemoryContext的管理接口（如
reset、delete等操作）进行抽象，带来以下优势：
1. 新增的MemoryContext类型支持MemoryContext复用，减少频繁创建和销毁
MemoryContext的开销；
2. 新增的STANDARD_CONTEXT内存管理接口删除了内存跟踪统计操作，提升了
内存申请和释放时的性能。
