解决执行explain plan时并行查询出现core的问题
通过查找堆栈信息，发现在explain print树中存在执行计划为Gather的节点，其pt_operation值为NULL，在进行strcmp时导致了core问题的出现
因此在GetPlanNodePlainText函数中T_Gather增加了对pt_operation的赋值，使得*pt_operation=Gather
