b6aad28ccf DEV: replace selenium driver with playwright (#31977)
This commit is replacing the system specs driver (selenium) by
Playwright: https://playwright.dev/

We are still using Capybara to write the specs but they will now be run
by Playwright. To achieve this we are using the non official ruby
driver: https://github.com/YusukeIwaki/capybara-playwright-driver

### Notable changes

- `CHROME_DEV_TOOLS` has been removed, it's not working well with
playwright use `pause_test` and inspect browser for now.

- `fill_in` is not generating key events in playwright, use `send_keys`
if you need this.

### New spec options

#### trace

Allows to capture a trace in a zip file which you can load at
https://trace.playwright.dev or locally through `npx playwright
show-trace /path/to/trace.zip`

_Example usage:_

```ruby
it "shows bar", trace: true do
  visit("/")
  find(".foo").click
  expect(page).to have_css(".bar")
end
```

#### video

Allows to capture a video of your spec.

_Example usage:_

```ruby
it "shows bar", video: true do
  visit("/")
  find(".foo").click
  expect(page).to have_css(".bar")
end
```

### New env variable

#### PLAYWRIGHT_SLOW_MO_MS

Allow to force playwright to wait DURATION (in ms) at each action.

_Example usage:_

```
PLAYWRIGHT_SLOW_MO_MS=1000 rspec foo_spec.rb
```

#### PLAYWRIGHT_HEADLESS

Allow to be in headless mode or not. Default will be headless.

_Example usage:_

```
PLAYWRIGHT_HEADLESS=0 rspec foo_spec.rb # will show the browser
```

### New helpers

#### with_logs

Allows to access the browser logs and check if something specific has
been logged.

_Example usage:_

```ruby
with_logs do |logger|
  # do something
  expect(logger.logs.map { |log| log[:message] }).to include("foo")
end
```

#### add_cookie

Allows to add a cookie on the browser session.

_Example usage:_

```ruby
add_cookie(name: "destination_url", value: "/new")
```

#### get_style

Get the property style value of an element.

_Example usage:_

```ruby
expect(get_style(find(".foo"), "height")).to eq("200px")
```

#### get_rgb_color

Get the rgb color of an element.

_Example usage:_

```ruby
expect(get_rgb_color(find("html"), "backgroundColor")).to eq("rgb(170, 51, 159)")
```

a879bcdc35 DEV: Introduce <DPageHeader /> and <DPageSubheader /> components (#30146)
This converts the `<AdminPageHeader />` component and the
`<AdminPageSubheader />` components into new components
that can be used outside of admin, and updates the CSS classes.
Also introduces a `<DPageActionButton />` component and child
components for the header action buttons.

I have to keep the old admin-only components around for
now until plugins are updated, then we can remove it,
and remove the re-exports that are done within
admin-page-action-button.gjs

8bd55c35fb UX: Hide admin header for edit/new webhook (#30194)
In this PR, we added functionality to hide the admin header for edit/new actions - https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/30175

To make it work properly, we have to rename `show` to `edit` which is also a more accurate name.

61c1d35f17 FEATURE: Convert chat plugin UI to new show plugin and admin UI guidelines (#28632)
This commit converts the current chat plugin UI into the
new "show plugin" UI already followed by AI and Gamification.

In the process, I also:

* Made a dedicated /new route to create new webhooks
* Converted the webhook form to FormKit
* Made some fixes and improvements to the `AdminPluginConfigPage`, `AdminPageHeader`,
   and `AdminPageSubheader` generic components, so more plugins can
   adopt the UI guidelines too. This includes adding a header outlet so plugins
   can add action buttons to the plugin show page header.
* Fixes the submit button loading state for FormKit (by Joffrey)

6e161d3e75 DEV: Allow fab! without block (#24314)
The most common thing that we do with fab! is:

    fab!(:thing) { Fabricate(:thing) }

This commit adds a shorthand for this which is just simply:

    fab!(:thing)

i.e. If you omit the block, then, by default, you'll get a `Fabricate`d object using the fabricator of the same name.

ad05924bdf DEV: Do one query per month when exporting chat messages (#22746)
We did some testing and saw that making one query per month is
cheaper than querying all chat messages at ones. Note that even
though the export job will be performing one query per month,
the exported messages will be streamed into a single CSV file, so
nothing changes from the user's point of view.

fbe0e4c78c DEV: make sure we don't load all data into memory when exporting chat messages (#22276)
This commit makes sure we don't load all data into memory when doing CSV exports.
The most important change here made to the recently introduced export of chat
messages (3ea31f4). We were loading all data into memory in the first version, with
this commit it's not the case anymore.

Speaking of old exports. Some of them already use find_each, and it worked as
expected, without loading all data into memory. And it will proceed working as
expected after this commit.

In general, I made sure this change didn't break other CSV exports, first manually, and
then by writing system specs for them. Sadly, I haven't managed yet to make those
specs stable, they work fine locally, but flaky in GitHub actions, so I've disabled them
for now.

I'll be making more changes to the CSV exports code soon, those system specs will be
very helpful. I'll be running them locally, and I hope I'll manage to make them stable
while doing that work.
