e43b5ce5e5 Remove github.com/pkg/errors and replace with std library version
This is possible now that we no longer support go1.12 and brings
rclone into line with standard practices in the Go world.

This also removes errors.New and errors.Errorf from lib/errors and
prefers the stdlib errors package over lib/errors.

f51a5eca2e fstests: add encoding test for URL encoded path name #5768
Add an encoding test to make sure backends can deal with a URL encoded
path name. This is a fairly common failing in backends and has been an
intermittent problem with onedrive itself.

8cd3251b57 fstests: Relax MimeType support checking #5587
Before this change we checked that features.ReadMimeTime was set if
and only if the Object.MimeType method was implemented.

However this test is overly general - we don't care if Objects
advertise MimeType when features.ReadMimeTime is set provided that
they always return an empty string (which is what a wrapping backend
might do).

This patch implements that logic.

3fbaa4c0b0 backends: make NewObject return fs.ErrorIsDir if possible
This changes the interface to NewObject so that if NewObject is called
on a directory then it should return fs.ErrorIsDir if possible without
doing any extra work, otherwise fs.ErrorObjectNotFound.

Tested on integration test server with:

go run integration-test.go -tests backend -run TestIntegration/FsMkdir/FsPutFiles/FsNewObjectDir -branch fix-stat -maxtries 1

a12b2746b4 fs: make sure backends with additional config have a different name #4996
Backends for which additional config is detected (in the config string
or on the command line or as environment variables) will gain a suffix
`{XXXXX}` where `XXXX` is a base64 encoded md5hash of the config
string.

This fixes backend caching with config string remotes.

This much requested feature now works properly:

8a46dd1b57 fspath: Implement a connection string parser #4996
This is implemented as a state machine parser so it can emit sensible
error messages.

It does not use the connection strings elsewhere in rclone yet - see
subsequent commits.

An optional fuzzer is implemented for the Parse function.

dfadd98969 azureblob, memory, pcloud: fix setting of mime types
Before this change the backend was reading the mime type of the
destination object instead of the source object when uploading.

This changes fixes the problem and introduces an integration test for
it.

2e21c58e6a fs: deglobalise the config #4685
This is done by making fs.Config private and attaching it to the
context instead.

The Config should be obtained with fs.GetConfig and fs.AddConfig
should be used to get a new mutable config that can be changed.

d846210978 fs: Add context to NewFs #3257 #4685
This adds a context.Context parameter to NewFs and related calls.

This is necessary as part of reading config from the context -

a2afa9aadd fs: Add directory to optional Purge interface - fixes #1891
- add a directory to the optional Purge interface
- fix up all the backends
- add an additional integration test to test for the feature
- use the new feature in operations.Purge

Many of the backends had been prepared in advance for this so the
change was trivial for them.

f1347139fa config: check config names more carefully and report errors - fixes #3506
Before this change it was possible to make a remote with an invalid
name in the config file, either manually or with `rclone config
create` (but not with `rclone config`).

When this remote was used, because it was invalid, rclone would
presume this remote name was a local directory for a very suprising
user experience!

This change checks remote names more carefully and returns errors
- when the user tries to use an invalid remote name on the command line
- when an invalid remote name is used in `rclone config create/update/password`
- when the user tries to enter an invalid remote name in `rclone config`

This does not prevent the user entering a remote name with invalid
characters in the config manually, but such a remote will fail
immediately when it is used on the command line.
