923989d1d7 build: add snap installation 
I ( @boukendesho ) have volunteered to maintain the snap package so
this adds it back into the installation instructions.

It will set a `snap` tag visible in `rclone version` so we know where
it came from for support queries.

0ba702ccf4 install: Pre verify sudo authorization "-v" before calling curl. 
The way this was, the curl interferes with the bash invocation. Here it will authenticate first.

c968c3e41c build: raise minimum go version to go1.15 
This was necessary because go1.14 seems to have a modules related bug
which means it tries to build modules even though the uses of them are
all disabled with build constraints. This seems to be fixed in go1.15.

4afea1ebaf docs: update install from source instructions

In particular it recommends against the go get `-u` flag.
