Maxrows: documentation update and use of MXS_MODULE_PARAM_SIZE for max_resultset_size parameter

Browse Source 
max_resultset_size parameter now uses MXS_MODULE_PARAM_SIZE and
config_get_size

Documentation change follows the change.
