Updated CMake variables.

INSTALL_SYSTEM_FILES is now WITH_SCRIPTS.
BUILD_TYPE is now obsolete and is replaced with CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE, the build types are now the same as with regular CMake installations.

Differences are:
	DebugSymbols -> RelWithDebInfo
