The configuration wrongly spelled `secondary` as `secodary` causing a failure to start the secondary MaxScale. The startup script didn't create the log directory and removed the wrong maxadmin socket file.
Fixed tests to use correct functions, extended tests of problematic cases. Added a secondary directory for the second MaxScale instance.
Added scripts that start two MaxScale on the same machine. This allows the cluster synchronization commands to be tested locally.
