The numeric values of the labels aren't of value when inspecting test
results. For this reason, it makes sense to put them behind the verbose
flag to make test framework debugging happen purpose.

See script directory for method. The script to run in the top level
MaxScale directory is called maxscale-uncrustify.sh, which uses
another script, list-src, from the same directory (so you need to set
your PATH). The uncrustify version was 0.66.
When a test is checking the status of the nodes, the output is relatively
verbose.
Also changed dropping of users to use the IF EXISTS syntax. This will
remove the errors if the users do not exist.
Added some helper functions into the MaxScale class and default parameters
into the connection creation functions. Also made the ip() function const
correct.
