Fixed PCRE2 libraries missing symbolic link to library
The libpcre2-8.so was not a symbolic link but an actual library.

Removed policy CMP0026 from PCRE2 CMakeLists.txt
The CMP0026 policy causes the build to fail on CMake 2.8.12 and it isn't critical
to the functionality of the library.
