Using an explicit file also checks whether the correct file is used when a
specific file is given as an argument.

Uncrustify maxscale

See script directory for method. The script to run in the top level
MaxScale directory is called maxscale-uncrustify.sh, which uses
another script, list-src, from the same directory (so you need to set
your PATH). The uncrustify version was 0.66.

Enable parts of mxs722 for 2.2

A part of the 2.2 test was disabled even though the functionality can be
tested with 2.2.
