Take -Wall into use for tests
...
Take almost all warnings into use except `format-overflow` and
`unused-function`. format-overflow needs to be handled in a separate
commit.

Fix test build failures with GCC 8
...
GCC 8 enables -Werror=return-type by default which combined with -Werror
causes the build to fail.

Add more descriptive errors to blob_test functions
...
The expected and received value are now both logged when an error
occurs. The execution is also cut short to prevent excessive message
flooding as most of the time all comparisons fail.

Add error messages and increse to max_allowed_packet in mxs1110_16mb
...
The test now logs why it fails to perform some action in addition to
setting max_allowed_packet to both master-slave and Galera clusters.
