Added more comments. Also the filter now demonstrates how to
1) read configuration parameters
2) react to queries and replies
3) handle shared filter data
4) print diagnostics output
5) add log entries
As the filter is already built and moved to the library directory,
it is immediately usable. This should be helpful with assignments.
Minor renaming of the session state enum values. Also exposed the session
state stringification function in the public header and removed the
stringification macro.
See script directory for method. The script to run in the top level
MaxScale directory is called maxscale-uncrustify.sh, which uses
another script, list-src, from the same directory (so you need to set
your PATH). The uncrustify version was 0.66.
Relaced router_options with configuration parameters in the createInstance
router entry point. The same needs to be done for the filter API as barely
any filters use the feature.
Some routers (binlogrouter) still support router_options but using it is
deprecated. This had to be done as their use wasn't deprecated in 2.2.
The protocol now allows protocol modules to return JSON formatted
information about the protocol module internals. Currently this is only
implemented by the mariadbbackend module and it returns the current
connection ID on the backend server.
Removed unused and properly documented all entry points in the protocol
module API. As the removal of the `session` entry point is an backwards
incompatible change, the protocol API version was updated.
