LOGIF and skygw_write_log removed from server/core/*.c and
replaced with calls to MXS_(ERROR|WARNING|NOTICE|INFO|DEBUG).
This is a mechanism change, no updating of the actual message
has been performed.
Currently this causes a very small performance hit, since the
check whether the priority is enabled or not is performed in
the function that is called and not before the function is called.
Once all LOGIFs and skygw_write_logs have been replaced, the
behaviour will be altered back to what it was.

hashtable.c:hashtable_get_stats: NULL-pointer reference
service.c:serviceStartPort:set service->users NULL to avoid referring to freed memory
users.c:dcb_usersPrintf: NULL-pointer reference
debugcmd.c:convert_arg: changed return value to 1 in case of error, 0 (==NULL) is valid but it indicates that there are no users loaded.
execute_cmd: fixed command handling
With the routines for key/value copy and free it is possible to
duplicate or free different data types in the hash tables.
The user_alloc() routine is the first example.
session.c: Replaced free(session->router_sesision) with call to freeSession callback
users.c: Removed reference to uninitialized variable.
router.h: Added freeSession callback to function block.
mysql_backend.c: try to ensure that client dcb is still listening in epoll_wait when writing reply to it.
mysql_common.c: assert debug build is mysql_protocol_init is called with dcb == NULL
readconnroute.c, readwritesplit.c, debugcli.c and testroute.c : Added freeSession to function block and an inmplementation of it.
