6451b1f21a MXS-2183: Fix memory leaks
Under heavy load some of the basic network operations could fail which led
to some of the allocated memory to leak.

Also the backend protocol never freed the current protocol command if it
was not completed. This would happen if a user executed a session command
as the first command but backend authentication would fail.

91c5f8580c MXS-2119: Fix file permissions
The admin files are now created with 640 permissions and automatically
created directories now properly set the permissions for the group as
well. All files and directories created by avrorouter and binlogrouter
also now correctly limit the read and write permissions only to the owner
and the group.

62e5f988c5 MXS-2075: Redirect stdout and stderr to the log
If the log file is successfully opened, both stdout and stderr are
redirected to it. This helps catch ASAN reports without having to read the
system journal files.

As the output is redirected to a file, some of the output was made visible
only in non-daemon mode. This helps keep the log file clean and readable.

93d866c6a7 MXS-2073: Add missing TCP_NODELAY for client sockets
The client connections had the Nagle algorithm enabled which could cause
bad performance with smaller workloads. The common network configuration
code in utils.cc, currently used by the backend connections, sets it
properly.

5f4aa46552 MXS-2027: Store LOAD DATA state inside MXS_SESSION
By storing the data gathere by readwritesplit inside the session, the
protocol will be aware of the state of the LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE
execution. This prevents misinterpretation of the data which previously
led to closed connections, effectively rendering LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE
unusable.

This change is a temporary solution to a problem that needs to be solved
at the protocol level. The changes required to implement this are too big
to add into a bug fix release.

c38dcff53c MXS-2019: Remove header and footer output
Now that the exit handlers work correctly, the output of `maxscale

correct output is produced.

4fd4d6bb01 MXS-1999: Fix null relationship handling
The data of the relationship should be set to null to delete the
relationship. Conceptually it is different from setting it to an empty
relationship but in practice both lead to the same end result.

Updated tests to use correct relationships and added test cases for
detection of invalid relationships.

5b04e492c6 MXS-1983: Retry message posting
If the posting of a message to a message queue fails due to the queue
being full, it is retried for a limited number of times. This is a
temporary fix to the problem that fixing MXS-1948 introduced. A proper
solution that leverages SO_REUSEPORT should be implemented in the next
major release.

21eef8a670 MXS-1985: Kill connections inside workers
The LocalClient micro-client required a reference to the session that was
valid at construction time. This is the reason why the previous
implementation used dcb_foreach to first gather the targets and then
execute queries on them. By replacing this reference with pointers to the
raw data it requires, we lift the requirement of the orignating session
being alive at construction time.

Now that the LocalClient no longer holds a reference to the session, the
killing of the connection does not have to be done on the same thread that
started the process. This prevents the deadlock that occurred when
concurrect dcb_foreach calls were made.

Replaced the unused dcb_foreach_parallel with a version of dcb_foreach
that allows iteration of DCBs local to this worker. The dcb_foreach_local
is the basis upon which all DCB access outside of administrative tasks
should be built on.

This change will introduce a regression in functionality: The client will
no longer receive an error if no connections match the KILL query
criteria. This is done to avoid having to synchronize the workers after
they have performed the killing of their own connections.

101dad74a7 MXS-1985: Add debug assertions to dcb_foreach
The dcb_foreach function is not safe to use from multiple threads at the
same time. This should be asserted by checking that the function is called
only from the main worker.

The addition of this assertion also implies that only administrative
operations should use the dcb_foreach function. To accommodate this
change, the KILL command iteration needs to be adjusted.

33fa9b26fe Make version counter in mlist_t volatile
The log manager is the only one that uses the mlist_t versioned list. The
counter that keeps track of the version number was not modified using
atomic operations meaning that the compiler is free to optimize away parts
of the lock-free versioning mechanism that uses it.

To prevent this optimization, the variable is declared volatile. A rewrite
is direly needed but it cannot be done in 2.2.

fb1c28c702 MXS-1948: Do round-robin worker assignment
Due to the skewed accept distribution without SO_REUSEPORT, we use
round-robin assignment of workers for new client connections. This
provides better performance as work is more likely to be evenly
distributed across all threads.

Using a least-busy-worker algorithm would provide a more stable result but
this is not trivially simple to implement. For this reason, the
round-robin based approach was chosen for 2.2.

f49c31625d Use derived version of write for session commands
Prepared statements via readwritesplit need to have their IDs mapped from
the internal representation to the backend specific one. The RWBackend
class does this in its write method but the fix in commit
e561c3995c7396cf3749ccdf6a3357d7dd32c856 caused this to be bypassed and
the base version was always used.

e561c3995c Use correct write in Backend::execute_session_command
Backend::execute_session_command would use the overridden write method
instead of the Backend::write method that it intended to use. This caused
session commands that did not expect a response to be in a state that
expected a result.

Also fixed RWBackend::write pass the response_type value to
Backend::write.
