Authenticators and monitors now use SSL when configured. The fix has two parts:
1) Removed the extra SSLConfig inside SSLProvider, as SSLContext already contains
the config.
2) When inputting parameter values to mysql_ssl_set(), empty strings are converted
to NULL-pointers as the function expects those for unused values.
The functionality is more a part of the provider than the context so it
should be defined in it. It also doesn't use any parts of the SSLContext
which makes it somewhat more clear that it doesn't belong there.
SSLContext is now used everywhere except the binlogrouter which still
allocates the contexts itself. Fixing the binlogrouter's misuse of
internal structures is a rather large undertaking and for this reason the
SSLContext will be taken into use there in a separate commit.
Adding the same task twice isn't allowed. The API of the housekeeper tasks
might have to be changed in a way that makes it possible for the caller to
know whether a task has been added.
This column will be used to store the relative path of the file
where a particular event can be found.
Unless the path is stored, BLR will not be able to find an event based
on the gtid if BRL is connected to a node in a Galera cluster and updates
are made to nodes other than that node as in that case, the GTID domain id
and server id, will not identify the correct directory.
The full path is not stored in the column binlog_file as the path
would in that case (without other modifications) be visible to the
client.
See script directory for method. The script to run in the top level
MaxScale directory is called maxscale-uncrustify.sh, which uses
another script, list-src, from the same directory (so you need to set
your PATH). The uncrustify version was 0.66.
The variable storing the configuration index renamed from
'current_config' to 'config_index'.
In the code the same terminology is used as in the documentation.
"Default" is is used for referring to the default connections
(earlier "primary" was used) and the secondary connections are
referred to as "secondary" (earlier "alternative" was also used).
If the replication fails using the current config, we retry
immediately using another config, without waiting anything at
all.
Only when we have unsuccessfully tried with all servers, will
we wait a while before starting again.
