Added a section to the release notes that tells the fact that the
readwritesplit, schemarouter and binlogrouter now also accept the values
of router_options as parameters.
- Add note about filters having become available in 2.1.
- Add insertstream to release notes and change log.
- Add complete example to cache documentation.
The use of monitors in services isn't complete but this was not in the
documentation. A more complete solution should be done at a later date and
the current documentation should be removed.
The combination of the default values of `disable_sescmd_history=false`
and `max_slave_connections=100%` does not make sense as it is not possible
to find a replacement slave in case an active one fails.
Added documentation for dbfwfilter and mentioned the new directory in the
release notes. The configuration guide also gives an example of how the
path parameters are resolved.
When a Galera cluster loses a member, it will recalculate the
wsrep_local_index values. As the index is zero-based, we can be certain
that in a valid cluster there will always be a node with an index of 0.
If the galeramon can't find a node with an index of 0, it means that
either the cluster hasn't stabilized and there's a pending recalculation
of the index or that there's no connectivity between MaxScale and the node
with the index value 0.
With this change and default settings, active-active MaxScale setups with
Galera clusters should always choose the same node as the master.
Added a document that describes the module command system and added the
necessary information in the dbfwfilter documentation.
The release notes also point to the newly created document.
The release notes now mention that the caching is done by the
authenticators, not by the core. It also mentions that only MySQLAuth
implements this functionality.
Added notes to binlogrouter documentation about the changes to the loading
and storing of users.
Cleaned up MySQL-Authenticator document to make it a bit easier to read.
