5eba688c1b MXS-2521: Detect COM_STMT_EXECUTE without metadata
If a COM_STMT_EXECUTE has no metadata in it and it has more than one
parameter, it must be routed to the same backend where the previous
COM_STMT_EXECUTE with the same ID was routed to. This prevents MDEV-19811
that is triggered by MaxScale routing the queries to different backends.

07ea6bd9ba MXS-2450: Don't discard history if it's disabled
If the session command history is not enabled, it shouldn't be discarded
when a COM_CHANGE_USER is executed.

bf4aa1ab2c MXS-2295: Keep the COM_CHANGE_USER command
If the whole session command history is cleared, the COM_CHANGE_USER is
lost and the connections can end up using different users.

2e809524d1 MXS-2295: Reset session commands on connection reset
When the connection state is reset by executing a COM_CHANGE_USER or
COM_RESET_CONNECTION, readwritesplit does not need to store the session
command history that was executed before it. With this, pooled connections
will effectively behave like normal connections if the pooling mechanism
is smart enough to reset the connection. This also prevents unwanted
visibility into the session states of other connections.

24c9b62a2f Add verbose logging for session command failures
If the routing of a session command fails due to problems with the backend
connections, a more verbose error message is logged. The added status
information in the Backend class makes tracking the original cause of the
problem a lot easier due to knowing where, when and why the connection was
closed.

021d48f94c Log low-level reason and idle time on master failure
If the connection to the master is lost, knowing what type of an error
caused the call to handleError helps deduce what was the real reason for
it. Logging the idle time of the connection helps detect when the
wait_timeout of a connection is exceeded.

370483fb4b Log slave error message on failed session command
If the master succeeds in executing a session command but the slave fails,
the error message could help explain why it failed. At the moment this is
mainly relevant for inspection of test results.

c447e5cf15 Uncrustify maxscale
See script directory for method. The script to run in the top level
MaxScale directory is called maxscale-uncrustify.sh, which uses
another script, list-src, from the same directory (so you need to set
your PATH). The uncrustify version was 0.66.

28609a2c77 Remove session command processing from mariadbbackend
With the removal of the old session command implementation, the code that
used it can be removed or replaced with newer constructs. As a result, the
backend protocol no longer does any session command processing.

The three buffer types, GWBUF_TYPE_SESCMD_RESPONSE,
GWBUF_TYPE_RESPONSE_END and GWBUF_TYPE_SESCMD as well as their related
macros are no longer used and can be removed.

6183fab79b MXS-1938: Log query for inconsistent replies
If a session command produces a different result on the slave than it did
on the master, a warning is logged. This warning now also logs the query
that was being executed to make investigation of the problem easier.

fa37198da1 MXS-1653: Fix hang on preparation of BEGIN
When a BEGIN statement is prepared using the binary protocol, it returns a
single OK packet. Due to a bug in the code that deals with multi-statement
results and EOF packets, the response was never sent to the client.

Also added back the error messages of failed session commands to the INFO
level. This way it's still possible to see why a session command fails but
the log isn't flooded by them in normal usage.

2504ff19b3 MXS-1653: Fix slave session command processing
The responses of slaves that arrived before the master were always
compared to the empty value of 0x00. If the slave connection replied after
the master, the comparison was correct.

This commit introduces a map of slaves and their responses that
are handled once the master's response arrives.

14a4008c84 MXS-1653: Remove false error message
Removed false error message about failed session commands. An error in
response to a session command is a perfectly valid result.

Also added the explicit commands that the master and slave return to the
warning that is logged when the results differ.

944a5bd9c1 Only extract successful PS responses
If a prepared statement fails to execute on a backend server, no prepared
statement ID is returned. As the connection to the slave backend will be
closed when the result of a session command differs from the master's
response, there's no need to even attempt extracting the response.

This change avoids the triggering of a false positive in
mxs_mysql_extract_ps_response when an attempt to extract a
COM_STMT_PREPARE response is made on a response that isn't a
COM_STMT_PREPARE response.

fbc1a7d44b Fix handling of multi-packet queries in readwritesplit
If a prepared statement sends large amounts of data, the target server
where the data is sent will be tracked. The tracked target was not reset
after a multi-packet query was completed and the target itself was used to
check whether the session was processing a multi-packet query.

Changed the check to use the boolean variable instead of the target and
added a reset of the tracked target after a multi-packet query was
completed.

45e0e8bb59 Introduce internal protocol command enum
The enums exposed by the connector are not intended to be used by the
users of the library. The fact that the protocol, and other, modules used
it was in violation of how the library is intended to be used.

Adding an internal mapping into MaxScale also removes some of the
dependencies that the core has on the connector.

0c45eb5d17 Take SessionCommand into use in readwritesplit
Readwritesplit now uses the SessionCommand class as a "master list" of
executed session commands. This allows the session commands to be easily
copied over to slaves that are taken into use after session commands have
already been executed.

Currently, the code doesn't execute the session command history when a
mid-session reconnection occurs. A method to cleanly copy the session
commands needs to be exposed by the Backend class.
