Markus Mäkelä 09a445f1b7 Fix monitor credentials parameter names ...

The `monitoruser` and `monitorpw` parameters were mislabeled as `monuser`
and `monpw`. To allow backwards compatibility, the `monuser` and `monpw`
still work as aliases for the correct commands.
