Markus Mäkelä 9e27e6c002 Don't ask for unlimited files
There's a bug reported on Launchpad
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/upstart/+bug/1420640) that
describes a similar situation. The solution is to request a lower limit of
open files for the process.
