Johan Wikman fc6f49fe8a Link against Connector-C. ...

Now, qc_mysqlembedded is linked against MySQL's embedded library,
and MaxScale itself against Connector-C.

So, in order to build MaxScale, Connector-C must be installed.
This has been tested with Connector-C 2.2.1.

The build variable MYSQLCLIENT_LIBRARIES is no longer used.

Enhance buffer handling by changing gwbuf_free to free the whole list of buffers (although it could contain only one buffer). Add gwbuf_count to give number of buffers in a buffer list (for convenience in debugging). Add gwbuf_alloc_and_load to simplify putting data into a new buffer.
