3989f8fb9d Fix subtransaction test for Python 3.10
Starting with Python 3.10, the stacktrace looks differently:
  - PL/Python function "subtransaction_exit_subtransaction_in_with", line 3, in <module>
  - s.__exit__(None, None, None)
  + PL/Python function "subtransaction_exit_subtransaction_in_with", line 2, in <module>
  +    with plpy.subtransaction() as s:
Using try/except specifically makes the error look always the same.

(See https://github.com/python/cpython/pull/25719 for the discussion
of this change in Python.)

45223fd9ce Modernize Python exception syntax in tests
Change the exception syntax used in the tests to use the more current

    except Exception as ex:

rather than the old

    except Exception, ex:

Since support for Python <2.6 has been removed, all supported versions
now support the new style, and we can save one step in the Python 3
compatibility conversion.

37f21ed132 Remove support for Python older than 2.6
Supporting very old Python versions is a maintenance burden,
especially with the several variant test files to maintain for Python
<2.6.

Since we have dropped support for older OpenSSL versions in
7b283d0e1d1d79bf1c962d790c94d2a53f3bb38a, RHEL 5 is now effectively
desupported, and that was also the only mainstream operating system
still using Python versions before 2.6, so it's a good time to drop
those as well.

fa03769e4c Tweak tests to support Python 3.7
Python 3.7 removes the trailing comma in the repr() of
BaseException (see <https://bugs.python.org/issue30399>), leading to
test output differences. Work around that by composing the equivalent
test output in a more manual way.

f16d52269a PL/Python: Make tests pass with Python 3.5
The error message wording for AttributeError has changed in Python 3.5.
For the plpython_error test, add a new expected file. In the
plpython_subtransaction test, we didn't really care what the exception
is, only that it is something coming from Python. So use a generic
exception instead, which has a message that doesn't vary across
versions.
