  • bf80f41ec1 Add utils directory for cross-subsystem tools to keep make files from having to be sleazy and reach into other subsystems' directories.   • 2768f391a4 There is a problem in the Makefile of libpgtcl on linux (and maybe also on other platforms). If I do the standard make + make install the shared library is not linked with the the libpq library and when I try to load it in the standard Tcl or Tk shell I get a lot of unresolved symbols. The bug doesn't affect pgtclsh because it is linked also with libpq. The problem exists only when using the dynamic load feature of Tcl7.5. Marc G. Fournier 1996-11-08 00:58:07 +00:00
