Peter Eisentraut 5839052693 Add CREATE RECURSIVE VIEW syntax ...

This is specified in the SQL standard.  The CREATE RECURSIVE VIEW
specification is transformed into a normal CREATE VIEW statement with a
WITH RECURSIVE clause.
