f4fe6532ba tdf#149221 More fixes to the Database Wizard dialog 
This patch create necessary HIDs for the Database Wizard dialog. It also creates a new help page named Connection Settings to serve as target for the widgets in dbwizconnectionpage.ui.

30c15a5e48 Add PostgreSQL connection Help page 
Related to tdf#43369 where a patch has been abandonned but is
nevertheless still much wanted.

The db connection wizard is generic and has no information on
the required connection sctrings. The Help button in the wizard is
not working as of today.

The issue is recurrent in user-space.

4cb385dca9 Refactor database help page 
Open a new module sdatabase and add one entry file.

Later, and very slowly, move database help pages from
shared/explorer/database/* to sdatabase/*

Note: Each move will trigger translation so better move
only a few files per translation cycle, not to overload
translators. Translation memory should easy the traslation
job.
