1. move descriptions about making shortcut keys out of
"Shortcut key" and "Function" to the beginning of the
help page, so that it is easy and immediate to see
the procedure. (this is the only page where one can
learn about making a key shortcut.)
2. Move the controls about LibreOffice and Writer
down to be above "Modify", which is also the
list of controls on the right side.
3. Add a related-topic link to the general page
about Libreoffice key shortcuts.

Mostly to change "Register-true" to "Page line-spacing" in all help
pages where that term appears -- except for part of the Glossary,
where it is explained that "Page line-spacing" is the LO term for
"register-true". (It seemed better to leave the technical term
"register-true" in the Glossary for those who search for this
term -- so that they can find out the LO terminology).
Also update the help pages for Format - Page Style - Page,
Format - Paragraph - Indent & Spacing, and Attributes
(in Find-Replace), and "Printing with Page line-space"
to reflect correctly the changes in the UI (because of tdf#127279).
Also,
- added entry for 1.15 lines in Paragraph - Indent & Spacing
- updated dialog box label in Indent & Spacing
- updated menu label for "Edit - Links to External Files" in Glossary
- renamed German Id: registerhaltigkeit --> register-true
Also general cleanup

The focus is the <section> with id "auswahl". This section
is embedded from swriter/01/04090001.xhp to swriter/01/04090004.xhp
(no other pages found that embed section "auswahl" from 04090001.xhp)

- moved <note> about HTML export of date and time down to Format
section
- add initials for Author Type, and a sys-dependent advice about
how to update that field.
- remove table about Select items for Page Type, because it is
mentioned already in Table, plus it is part of auswahl section,
which is embedded into DocInformation (04090004.xhp), which does
not insert any "pages" in that dialog tab.

- (re)move <section> with "Value" control from Document (swriter/01/04090001.xhp),
where it does not appear in 'Insert Document field' dialog
- put <section> with "Value" into Cross-Reference (swriter/01/04090002.xhp),
which previously embedded it from Document (swriter/01/04090001.xhp)
As a consequence of moving the "Value" section:
- change embed in (swriter/01/04090005.xhp and swriter/01/04090300.xhp) to refer to
swriter/01/04090002.xhp instead of swriter/01/04090001.xhp
- for all, change German id "wert" --> "value"
- <menuitem>,<h2>
These changes should take care of all pages that have referred to what was moved from
Document (swriter/01/04090001.xhp).

need to put same <note> into module switch (because
cannot use switchinline to indicate different menu
sequences between modules. But have added variable
to that text, so should avoid retranslating same
text, and just have to translate each menu sequence.
