e9cbd8e356 tdf#105628 "Evaluate" -> "Show" in option label and update description 
Update "Evaluate up to level" and its description in
    Alphabetical index (swriter/01/04120222.xhp).
    This change gets embedded into the "format" section in

02ca13ee43 tdf#153549 update because Chapter Numbering -> Heading Numbering 
First of multipart patch to update help pages because of
   name change to the dialog that assigns numbering schemes
   to headings. Patch focuses on pages that describe the
   Tools - Heading Numbering dialog. Where possible, German
   Ids were renamed.

   For "Numbering" page, controls were reordered to correspond
   to the current order in the dialog.
