bd3e4888b2 Related tdf#128784 X-ref ChDir, ChDrive and CurDir with SF_FileSystem 
The Basic functions ChDir, ChDrive and CurDir are DOS-specific and have limited functionality.

Hence, it's important to introduce the FileSystem service (from ScriptForge) for users that wish to write scripts that need to handle folders and files.

This patch updates the WeekDay documentation to explain the use of the second (optional) argument, that refers to which day of the week should be considered to be the first day of the week.

This patch also refactors the Now function help page and adds a variable for x-ref.

This patch improves the help page "Using Variables":
- Adds to the "Declaring Variables" section an explanation that variables of unspecified type will be considered as Variants
- Creates a new section "The Variant type" to provide a brief overview of the Variant data type
