Using a Report %PRODUCTNAME stores the templates for reports in a database file. Choose File - Open and select the database file that you want to create the report for. In the database file window, click the Reports icon. Double-click UFI: testone of the report links to open the report. These links are added automatically by the Report Wizard. Editing a Report On the last dialog page of the Report Wizard, you can choose to edit the report template before you use the report. To edit a report after you exit the wizard, richt-click the report in the data source view.UFI: test!! You can edit the page styles for the first page and the following pages of the report as well as the paragraph styles, the number formats, the printed field labels, and more. Unless you have a thorough understanding of the database the report accesses, do not edit the SQL statement, database name, the hidden form controls, or the related information on the report. To edit the column width for a column in the reportUFI: test!!! Open the report template in edit mode. Right-click into the main table area, and choose Table. In the Table dialog, click the Columns tab page. Modify the column width and click OK. Click the Save Document icon.
