In the Module/Dialog list of the Macro Organizer dialog, ensure that the "soffice" category is expanded. In the "soffice" category, click "Standard – Module1", and then click New Dialog. Enter a name for the dialog, and then click Edit. The BASIC window opens and contains a blank dialog. To edit the name of the dialog, hold down Alt, and click its name. Long-click the Controls icon on the Object Bar to open the Controls floating toolbar. Click a tool and then drag in the dialog to create the control.
