<paragraph role="paragraph" id="par_id3150715" xml-lang="en-US" l10n="U" oldref="7">You can add a blank $[officename] Calc spreadsheet to a slide as an OLE object.</paragraph>

<paragraph role="listitem" id="par_id3145587" xml-lang="en-US" l10n="U" oldref="5">Choose <emph>Format - Modify Layout, </emph>select the AutoLayout called <emph>Title, Spreadsheet</emph>, and then click <emph>OK</emph>. Double-click the placeholder for the spreadsheet, and then click in the spreadsheet to enter your data.</paragraph>

<paragraph role="paragraph" id="par_id3148870" xml-lang="en-US" l10n="U" oldref="9">To resize the spreadsheet without resizing the cells, double-click the spreadsheet, and then drag a corner handle. To resize the cells of the spreadsheet, click the spreadsheet, and then drag a corner handle.</paragraph>
<paragraph role="heading" id="hd_id3150215" xml-lang="en-US" level="2" l10n="CHG" oldref="11">Inserting $[officename] Calc spreadsheets from a file</paragraph>
<paragraph role="paragraph" id="par_id3154765" xml-lang="en-US" l10n="U" oldref="19">When you insert an existing spreadsheet into your slide, changes that are made to the original spreadsheet file are not updated on your slide. You can, however, make changes to the spreadsheet in your slide.</paragraph>

<paragraph role="listitem" id="par_id3150537" xml-lang="en-US" l10n="U" oldref="20">Locate the file you want to insert, and then click<emph> OK</emph>.</paragraph>

<paragraph role="note" id="par_id3155256" xml-lang="en-US" l10n="U" oldref="21">The entire spreadsheet is inserted into your slide. If you want to change the sheet that is displayed, double-click the spreadsheet, and then select a different sheet.</paragraph>
