- adjust command names to match dialog box
- adjust access command for all modules
- puts commands in same order as dialog box
- add missing command (background color)
- <h1> <h2> <h3>
- remove "Delete" element (which does not appear)
- update "howtoget"
- add switch and new menu command for Impress
