- add module-specific access command for Impress
   - add menu icon
   - add context-menu access for all modules
   - add tip (for Impress and Draw) about shortcut key
   - added related topics:  Rotation (for all) and Rotating Objects
         (for Draw and Impress)
   - remove space before period.
   - needed to make two sections for embedding, to avoid a tip
   - update to <tip>,<menuitem>,<keycode>
