Olivier Hallot 5c4fdb89c9 tdf#159111 add .uno:PickList to Help ...

+ File menu command is now .uno:PickList and not .uno:FileMenu anymore
+ .uno:PickList is common to all modules
+ Refactor file menu into one Help page, with module switch
+ Adjust tree
+ remove old file menus help page main0101.xhp
