Rafael Lima f9a2226309 tdf#131368, tdf#141474 Document WeekDay Basic function
This patch updates the WeekDay documentation to explain the use of the second (optional) argument, that refers to which day of the week should be considered to be the first day of the week.

This patch also refactors the Now function help page and adds a variable for x-ref.
