mysqlcppconn: export sql_mysql_get_driver_instance on all platforms

It was only exported in an MSVC build before, which is a regression from
the gbuild conversion (c322d509231f9e1220fb86be68f13c5f4b135ccb).

gbuild: do not copy boost headers around
...
- do not use gb_UnpackedTarball_copy_header_files for boost
- adapt the optimization in concat-deps.c for new path
- use boost_headers in all LinkTargets that require it
- add explicit include paths to mysqlc, mysqlcppconn, libvisio, liborcus

Get rid of (most uses of) GUI
...
GUI only takes values UNX or WNT, so it is fairly pointless. One can check
whether OS is WNT or not instead.

Hard-coding -std=c++xy in one module is a bad idea.
None of these gccs give any spurious error in gnu++11 mode now:
gcc (GCC) 4.6.3 20120306 (Red Hat 4.6.3-2)
gcc (GCC) 4.7.0 20120507 (Red Hat 4.7.0-5)

make gbuild the default assumption of build.pl

this removes dmake completely out of the build for migrated modules
build.pl now assumes modules to be gbuild, unless there is a
prj/dmake file
