Doxygen does not know type element and will recognize strings that
contain capital letter (all API types do) automatically as type.
This patch removes 15k doxygen warnings.

Remove comment art from offapi and udkapi

I used this "one-liner" to detect comment lines containing
only spaces and '=' or '-'
$ find . -name "*.*" -exec sed -i '/^\s*\/\/\s*[-=]*\s*$/d' {} \;
