GUI only takes values UNX or WNT, so it is fairly pointless. One can check
whether OS is WNT or not instead.

This is first in do-not-duplicate-stuff-in-solver patch series.
Adds direct include path for gb_ScpPreprocessTarget.
Avoids copying .par files by using gb_InstallScriptTarget__get_dirs
for include paths.
